Wondering, pondering, deliberating? Your questions. Answered.
You may have many questions and queries that are burning away, especially if this is the first time you’ve considered semi-permanent eyebrows. Find your answer here, (if you don’t, get in touch and let’s talk about it).
Should I expect the procedure to be painful?
No. Your brows will be numbed with anaesthetic to keep discomfort to a minimum.
Will I be bruised or obviously have had a tattoo?
The healing process is unique for each person. There may be reddening of the area for the rest of the day. You may also have a little tingling or discomfort for the rest of the day. I would advise painkillers to alleviate your discomfort.
During the healing process over the next two weeks. Some will have a gentle healing period, others may experience some flaking of the brow area.
Why do I need a touch up?
Everybody’s skin reacts differently to the pigment in the cosmetic tattoo and it takes a few weeks for the tattoo to fully settle. This is why we invite clients to come back so that we can ensure their eyebrow tattoo is going to last without further attention for at least a year or two.
Are semi-permanent eyebrows dangerous?
No. Machine created semi-permanent eyebrows are extremely low risk as long as you are working with a professional and you follow the aftercare instructions given you.
How long will my brows last?
Approximately 1.5-2 years. After which, if you’d like to maintain them you should pop in for a colour retouch.
How much does it cost?
Please see Pricelist page for more information.
Should I know anything about aftercare?
You will be given through aftercare instructions. The most important thing is to keep your brows out of the sun, or put sunblock on them. The sun will fade the pigment.
